  • Groundskeeper Lead minimum $19.05 an hour

〉 Building Maintenance

• • Skilled Building Maintenance (concrete, roofing, fencing, carpentry) minimum $22.21 an hour
  • Painter minimum $22.21 an hour
  • Journeyman Plumber minimum $24.65 an hour

〉 Heating A/C & Refrigeration

• • HVAC minimum $24.65 an hour

〉 Electrical Department

• • Fire Alarm Tech minimum $24.65 an hour
  • Journeyman Electrician minimum $24.65 an hour
