Guidelines for Facility Rentals

 

Please review our
  • All organizations must complete the Facility Use Agreement after reviewing the Facility Use Terms and Fees. (Pages 9 thru 11)
  • The District reserves the right to refuse usage if deemed in the best interest of the District.

 

(excludes CVPA)
  • Optional: Organizations can first contact the desired campus to check for availability.
  • Immediately after contacting the campus, your FMX Facility Rental Request should be submitted.

 

ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV utilizes FMX for Facility Requests
  • Rental are to be submitted through the FMX platform and will be directed to the appropriate personnel for approval.
  • Requests must be made no less than four weeks in advance via the FMX platform.

 

Insurance is required for all organizations on all rentals
  • All rentals require commercial general liability insurance from a company licensed in the State of Texas. The renter shall provide the District with a Certificate of Insurance providing the following:
    • ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV listed as a Certificate Holder and
      as an Additional Insured

    • Wavier of Subrogation endorsement in favor of the District
    • Coverage as listed below:
    $1,000,000  Aggregate General Liability
    $1,000,000  Products and Completed Operations Aggregate
    $1,000,000  Personal Injury and Advertising Liability
    $1,000,000  Per Occurrence General Liability
    $100,000  Damage to Rented Premises
    $5,000  Medical Expense

 

Payment methods accepted: cash, check, and credit cards
  • Payment is due no less than two weeks prior to the event date.
  • Invoices will be sent via MySchoolBucks for online payments.
  • Rates are determined by the type of organization and include facility and personnel fees.

 

AISD Athletic Facilities are not available for adult play.

 

All events must comply with the AISD Clear Bag Policy

 

CENTER FOR VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS (CVPA)

If you are interested in utilizing the Center of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA), please complete this booking request. All booking details and approval will be handled through the CVPA.

 

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PDC)

The Professional Development Center (PDC) is only available for AISD training events, AISD school events, and official community partners that actively work with AISD Students or Staff. To inquire about community partner affiliation, please email PDC@aisd.net with information about the organization and how it is partnered with AISD.

Community partners are for groups that actively have programs working with students on an AISD campus or have an active partnership with other AISD Departments. All community partners will work with the PDC and the AISD Facilities Rentals Department for reservation approval.
